We gladly accepts all PPO and HMO health insurance plans as long as your plan has chiropractic, and/or acupuncture coverage. We are in-network with the following insurance companies:

You may also have "out-of-network" benefits that may still cover your visits. Please call our office anytime and we can always verify your insurance coverage and call you back on the details of coverage of your health plan before your scheduled appointment. Because Dr. Dah never wants money or lack of insurance coverage to be an issue in getting you the quality health care you desire, we offer extremely affordable cash rates at only $40.00 per visit if you do not have insurance!
